Steve has been a PGA Professional since 1991. During his long career, he was the Director of Golf Instruction at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Swing Coach for the College of Charleston Women’s Golf Team and instructed at the Pinehurst Resort Golf Advantage School. In his fifteen years in the Atlanta area, he also taught at Polo Golf and CC in Cumming and Bear’s Best in Suwanee. He began his career from the Professional Golf Management program of Methodist College (Fayetteville, NC). Steve is an accomplished player who has won numerous amateur events around his native Lima, Ohio area. Also, Steve was a member of two NCAA Division III National Championship golf teams and was named Academic All-Conference. Steve is married with three children ages 12, 10, and 8 years old. He enjoys playing golf and coaching his kids in their various sports.
