Lawrence Sykkmon is the founder and architect of the EFIL Golf — Energy First, Impact Later — teaching system, and a Master Golf Teaching Professional with over 25 years of elite-level instruction. Titleist Performance Institute Certified and credentialed by the United States Golf Teachers Federation, he trained under one of the United States' Top 50 golf instructors and has built a reputation for transforming raw talent into tournament-ready champions — from first swing to collegiate scholarship to the professional stage.

A seasoned competitor himself, Lawrence has played in numerous professional and charity tournaments with multiple rounds in the 60s. That competitive pedigree fuels a coaching roster that now spans the entire collegiate landscape — Division I, II, and III student-athletes, several of whom are actively pursuing pathways to the PGA Tour and LPGA Tour.

As a National Federation of Professional Trainers certified fitness trainer with 20+ years of strength and conditioning experience, Lawrence brings a rare dual-discipline approach to the lesson tee. His mastery of biomechanics and athletic movement is the backbone of the proprietary Energy First methodology — a system trusted by junior phenoms, collegiate champions, and tour-bound professionals alike.

Jason is the first coach in Asia to earn certification in EFIL's Adult Golf Learning System from the United States.

As an adult golfer himself, Jason understands the challenges that many recreational players face. Before discovering the EFIL system, he spent over 12 years studying with eight different coaches and struggled with inefficient practice, injuries, and inconsistent performance.

Through EFIL's structured learning approach, Jason transformed his game from shooting around 120 to consistently breaking 80 while developing a more efficient, injury-free swing.

What makes Jason unique is his commitment to testing and applying every concept he teaches on the golf course. By combining proven EFIL principles with real playing experience, he helps adult golfers understand not only what to do, but why it works.

Jason is passionate about helping golfers move beyond quick fixes and build a swing that is natural, powerful, and sustainable for long-term improvement.

對他而言，這個進步不僅僅是數字的改寫，而是真正「由內而外」的蛻變。現在的他不僅遠離了運動傷害，在球場上更像是一位高爾夫藝術家，擁有隨心所欲的控球選擇。如今，他的一號木桿、短桿控球能力與技巧，都已達到極致的頂尖水準。

LaVan Webster is a dedicated EFIL Golf Certified Coach and swing consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia. Having taken up golf later in life himself, LaVan brings a rare empathy to the lesson tee — he understands first-hand the challenges adult learners face when building a swing from the ground up.

His mission is simple: make learning golf enjoyable, efficient, and sustainable. LaVan focuses on proper technique and a strong foundation, believing the Energy First, Impact Later system is a true game-changer for players at every level — teaching them to move from the inside out rather than chasing surface-level fixes.
